ENTERPRISE SECOND BRAIN
Your organization has a collective knowledge...but it’s fragmented, vaporous and intangible. You need a second brain that holds your company's ethos, IP and also distributes insight on-demand to the right members of your team.
Your team's knowledge is everywhere. And nowhere.
Calls happen. Decisions get made. Action items land in someone's notebook. A week later, three people on the same team are asking the same question that was already answered - because there is no place where the team's collective intelligence actually lives.
Individual AI tools do not fix this. They reset and every conversation starts from zero. Furthermore, individual employees may be building their own AI playbooks but the company never gets a central one.
The Second Brain...
Imagine having an employee that knows everything there is to know about every project, task, and client. Next, imagine they are available 24/7 to every member of your team. Available to answer questions, track down documents, connect with partners, remind people of tasks, draft proposals and emails, reschedule calls, and so much more.
This new employee would reduce wasted time searching for answers, double-checking sentiments, or focusing on the wrong priorities. This employee would increase productivity, increase confidence, and save hours of time in every department, every week.
We built that employee. We named her Morgan.
Morgan, named after founder Kerri Gaither's daughter, is an orchestra of AI agents that collect and organize the data from all relevant people and places - creating a central repository that learns, grows, and then guides the team.
Morgan expands team output and capabilities, creating bandwidth for strategic thought, problem solving, and new growth - all while learning your business from the inside out.
CUSTOMIZED FOR YOUR TEAM'S VOICE, WORKFLOW, AND STYLE.
“We didn't build Morgan as a product idea. We built it because we needed it. A few existing clients saw how we operated and asked how we did it. The product is the answer.”
- Kerri Gaither, Chief of Client Success
What Makes It Different
The distinction is the difference between each employee having a smart tool and the organization having a shared brain. Most AI tools are single-agent, session-based assistants - helpful in the moment, forgotten when the window closes. The Morgan second brain is a persistent, governed, multi-agent tool intelligence layer that compounds with every interaction.
| Dimension | Most AI Tools | Enterprise Second Brain | What This Means |
|---|---|---|---|
| Knowledge Scope | Individual session only - resets on close | Persistent, org-wide, indexed database | A centralized, structured intelligence layer every team member queries from the same source. The more it's given, the more valuable it becomes. |
| Team Access | Siloed per employee | Shared across team, role-gated | Your team works as a team. Knowledge isn't trapped with whoever happened to be on the call. |
| Data Ingestion | Manual / conversation only | Automated intake from Zoom, Slack, APIs | You decide what the second brain learns. Rules govern accuracy and security from the start. |
| Compliance & PII | None - employee-dependent | Architecture-level access controls | Sensitive information stays sensitive - even when the whole team can search the same brain. |
| Knowledge Growth | No - session-based | Yes - compounds over time | In time, the second brain becomes your company's voice - shaped by your work, your ethos, your priorities. |

Integration Disruption
Layers onto the tools your team already uses.
Connect to applications like Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Zoom, calendar systems, and even your existing AI assistants–there are no limitations to integration. No new platform. No migration. Zero disruption to current workflows during deployment.
By leveraging Groundwork's Intent Engineering architecture, we ensure agents optimize for what your business actually needs - not just what they can measure. They reason through operational tasks using your business context, not generic training data.
Security and operations FAQ
- Where does the data live?Morgan operates inside your governed environment. Data ingested from your tools is stored in a structured, indexed knowledge base under your access controls. Specific deployment options are confirmed during the security review.
- Who can see what - and how is that controlled?Morgan supports access tiers, gated by role. Marketing cannot see what only Finance is authorized to see. The same brain serves the whole team; the visibility is scoped per person.
- What happens when an employee leaves?Their access is revoked. Their contributions to the organizational memory remain. Knowledge stays with the company, not the seat - which is the entire reason persistent organizational memory exists.
- Is this SOC 2 compatible?Morgan is architected to operate within SOC 2-aligned environments. Specific deployment configuration is reviewed and confirmed during onboarding.
- How is PII handled?PII protection is enforced at the architecture level - not delegated to individual users making judgment calls. Role-based access, audit trails, and explicit handling rules are built in.
- What does the implementation actually look like? Most deployments are live in 6-12 weeks. The first 2-3 weeks are intake and access-tier configuration. The middle 3-6 weeks are tool integration and data ingestion. Final weeks are tuning and team enablement.
